These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sasbazar.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

এই শর্তাবলী ("শর্তসমূহ") sasbazar.com ("সাইট") ব্যবহার এবং এর মাধ্যমে করা যেকোনো কেনাকাটাকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। সাইটে প্রবেশ বা ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি সম্মত না হলে, অনুগ্রহ করে সাইটটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site and place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Orders are only confirmed after the email address used at checkout is verified with a one-time code.

সাইট ব্যবহার এবং অর্ডার দেওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে আইনগতভাবে বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য গোপন রাখা এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে ঘটা সব কার্যকলাপের দায়িত্ব আপনার। চেকআউটে ব্যবহৃত ইমেইল ঠিকানা ওয়ান-টাইম কোড দিয়ে যাচাই করার পরই কেবল অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হয়।

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product and pricing information is accurate but do not warrant that it is always error-free.

সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা হয় এবং পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। পণ্যের ছবি শুধুমাত্র উদাহরণস্বরূপ এবং প্রকৃত পণ্যের সাথে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে। পণ্য ও মূল্যের তথ্য সঠিক রাখতে আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত চেষ্টা করি, তবে তা সবসময় ত্রুটিমুক্ত থাকবে এমন নিশ্চয়তা দিই না।

When you place an order, you will be asked to verify your email address with a 6-digit code before the order is finalized. This step helps us confirm orders are genuine and reduces fraudulent or mistaken purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or placed in error.

অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময়, অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত হওয়ার আগে আপনাকে একটি ৬-সংখ্যার কোড দিয়ে আপনার ইমেইল ঠিকানা যাচাই করতে হবে। এই ধাপটি অর্ডার প্রকৃত কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করতে এবং ভুল বা প্রতারণামূলক ক্রয় কমাতে সাহায্য করে। আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে প্রতারণামূলক বা ভুলবশত দেওয়া মনে হওয়া যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay in cash when your order is delivered. We do not process online card or mobile-banking payments through the Site at this time.

বর্তমানে আমরা কেবল ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) গ্রহণ করি — অর্ডার ডেলিভারি হওয়ার সময় আপনি নগদে মূল্য পরিশোধ করেন। এই মুহূর্তে সাইটের মাধ্যমে আমরা কোনো অনলাইন কার্ড বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া করি না।

Delivery timelines vary by location and are provided as estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly at [support@sasbazar.com] if there is an issue.

ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা অবস্থানভেদে ভিন্ন হয় এবং তা একটি আনুমানিক ধারণা, নিশ্চয়তা নয়। ডেলিভারির পর পণ্যের ঝুঁকি ও মালিকানা আপনার উপর বর্তায়। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার হাতে পাওয়ার পর তা পরীক্ষা করুন এবং কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে দ্রুত [support@sasbazar.com]-এ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [X] days of delivery at [support@sasbazar.com] to arrange a replacement or refund. [Add your specific return and refund conditions here before launch.]

আপনি যদি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পান, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারির [X] দিনের মধ্যে [support@sasbazar.com]-এ যোগাযোগ করে প্রতিস্থাপন বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করুন। [লঞ্চের আগে এখানে আপনার নির্দিষ্ট রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড শর্তাবলী যুক্ত করুন।]

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or copy Site content without permission, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

আপনি সাইটটি কোনো অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার না করতে, আমাদের সিস্টেমে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের চেষ্টা না করতে, অনুমতি ছাড়া সাইটের কনটেন্ট স্ক্র্যাপ বা কপি না করতে এবং প্রতারণামূলক অর্ডার না দিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট আমরা স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি।

All content on the Site, including the SASBAZAR name, logo, product descriptions, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our written permission.

সাইটের সব কনটেন্ট, যেমন SASBAZAR নাম, লোগো, পণ্যের বিবরণ এবং ছবি, আমাদের মালিকানাধীন বা লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত এবং আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া তা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SASBAZAR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ পরিসরে, সাইট ব্যবহার বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণামগত ক্ষতির জন্য SASBAZAR দায়ী থাকবে না। যেকোনো দাবির জন্য আমাদের মোট দায়বদ্ধতা সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডারের জন্য আপনার পরিশোধিত অর্থের পরিমাণে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়। এই শর্তাবলী বা সাইট ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের একচ্ছত্র এখতিয়ারের অধীন হবে।

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
